Our Policy for Shipments and Return
Following are the policies that are application any hardware items purchased from our business.
- In majority cases, shipment is proceed in a couple of days – provided products are in stock – for ordered have been placed on any working day i.e. Monday to Friday. However, those orders placed over the weekend will be proceeded the first working day.
- It is our prime concern to ensure having availability of stock on the entire product range we have. However if an ordered is placed on any product out of stock, the customer will be emailed advising about the availability. Moreover, customers will have all wish and choice to cancel the order if they may desire to do so at that stage. Appropriate step will be taken for the reimbursement of payment – if any is made.
- Once the order is shipped, you are expected to receive it the next working day. However, before the 14 days expiration period, no article will be considered lost.
Return Policy
Prior to you sending any product back to us, you need to carefully read the return policy.
- With all refunds, standard delivery charges will also be included. However, those timed deliveries or special delivery charges are non-refundable.
- Those items that were purchased from us through clearance will have a 3 month warranty period.
- If any product is found tampered in any way, the warranty is going to become void. This also includes the opening of the unit.
- Any kind of RMA will be catered if notified within 7 days after delivery, after this time period the company would NOT liable to pay any kind of claims, refunds, damages or any other charge backs to the customer.
Other key factors to consider before you return the items:
- You need to visit our website’s technical support to obtain an RMA number. When the product is returned, this RMA number needs to be included along with a support ticket number, if there is any.
- If any additional accessories were purchased – e.g. power supplies, chargers, manuals, packaging, CDs etc. – these too need to be returned.
- The original product packaging should not be marked. Same way, no labels should be taped or affixed.
- If any promotional items were awarded along with the initial purchases, these too must be returned. If these are not returned, the full priced will be deducted from any refund being issued.
